Parcel Services
We provide a range of parcel services, including:

SEND
Book online using the Providers app (see Providers above). Print your label at home, or select the QR code/barcode option for in-store printing. We can print your label in our shop using the Providers devices – just bring your parcel.
Please make sure your parcel is packed appropriately.
Important: If you selected the wrong label and do not have a printer, we can print it for an additional FEE. Please let us know before printing.
RETURN
Convenient return handling in-store
COLLECT
You can collect your order from our shop, but you MUST select this option on the provider’s website during checkout. Do not simply enter our shop address as the delivery address.

All services are available directly in-store for your convenience.
*** Parcel COLLECTION Requirements ***
To collect your parcel in-store, you must present both of the following:
- A valid form of ID
(e.g. ID card, passport, driving licence) - Your collection code
This may be a barcode, QR code, or collection reference number provided by the courier or sender.
